Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrivals preferably not before 4.00pm to allow for cleaning. You can, however, drop your bags off if you arrive early. We expect people to depart by about 11am.

Booking notes
We require a 25% deposit to secure a booking. Full payment is expected about 8 weeks before the holiday.

There is a €75 Charge for cleaning (payable locally )

€200 security deposit is payable with booking ( returned after your return)
